The Wag Shop, located on 6th Ave. in Denver, is deceptively trendy. Driving past it, one would think that this super chic boutique is simply another human hot spot. Fortunately for the pooch, that’s not the case! The Shop is a self-serve dog wash and boutique made especially for furries and their families.

Inspired by their three “hairy children,” David and Deidre Hered started The Wag Shop to provide pets with a comfortable and safe grooming environment. They wanted people to feel at home while washing their dog, without the usual back breaking, sopping wet hassle. Thus, The Wag Shop was opened with a full range of pet hygiene products, do-it-yourself bath suites and a supportive, loving staff to assist even with the stingiest bathers.

Prices are based on breed size, from “Freakishly Small” ($10/bath) to “Gentle Giants” ($16/bath). All tubs are raised to avoid any sudden escapes or pursuit-related injuries. For large tubs, reserve your spot ahead of time, with the online scheduling system.

Discounts are given for both, newly-adopted family members and service-dogs. So the next time your dirty rascal needs a soapy scrubbing, stop by The Wag Shop to get yours. As The Shop would say “Wag More; Bark Less.”
